Yes.
Ok, mate, i've reinstalled it again, and still no luck - only main menu link, and it leads to the joomla's dashboard. Thats all.

Strange, it installs fine here (Joomla 1.6rc1 and 1.6stable).
Maybe it is an issue when you are using the local installer. Have you tried to install the ZIP archive?

No. The same story. It installs fine, the same as from the local installer, but still no admin menus.

I've uninstalled it again, DELETED ALL UDDEIM TABLES MANUALLY, and reinstalled - nothing chanches, still no menu.

Do you get a message that uddeIM has been installed successfully? If not it is most likely that the script dies (timeout or not enough PHP memory) before the menu links have been created.
