Not possible. You need the 1.6 installer. Overwriting files does not work.

Been trying multiple things but can't see to get the mod_uddiem_mailbox to display anything except for "0" for the inbox. Shows in the component itself when have a new pm 1/1 for example for the inbox. Outbox/Trash/Ect.. all seem to be working fine just the inbox is the problem, which seems to cause the notifier to not work either because it doesn't know there are messages.

Pulled the development from the SVN still same thing. Used the mod_uddeim_mailbox.xml from the SVN installer.

Any ideas? Otherwise it is working great.

When using the module from SVN you have also to use the component from SVN since I added some fields to uddeIM tables. It is also required to update the database (see readme).

Thanks for the reply, makes sense that if using the SVN need to use all of it. Problem I ran into with the main component every-time using the SVN or the 2.3Dev link on the website is I get "Error building Admin Menus" can access the component at "administrator/index.php?option=com_uddeim" On this page it says: "Important: You have not updated your database! Please refer to the README how to update uddeIM correctly!"

When through the readme the 1.6 chapter referred me to chapter 2 didn't see anything there either. Is there something I am doing wrong?
