Joomla 1.6 related issues

I didnt use uddeim before, so i do not know how is it supposed to be in the menu, but i have seen screenshots on the google-images, so i thought for such a huge uudeim backend it has to have a menu sub-items. My mistake, sorry, but anyway i cant get to the uddeim backend.

I have no idea why you do not see the uddeIM control panel. Do you have any 3rd party SEF enabled?

well, it seems that the extplorer component which is claimed to be 1.6 native on the JED page wont install at all. It keep saying the xml file is missing. Tried both zip file and local installer (its in the tmp/ext/ folder in case you want to make sure), so with all my will to provide you with the extplorer, i cant do that. On the other hand, i personally use the phpfm.php script which has the same functionality. Will it be ok for you?

You're OK to check Uddeim though, and do whatever you need to do to find where the problem is and how to fix it.
