A progress report: I just finalized the update tool that has been holding back the release and will now start testing the component on my demo sites.

One small (but show stopper) bug remaining and I will release the next version.

The coolest feature of this new version is a one click upgrade tool, which enables the users to switch apc version on the fly within seconds.

More progress here.

Now two Demo sites active:

The first features a pretty basic user profile types configuration with some tab customization and template switching.

The second demo is a paid subsciptions site with AEC. The amount of bells and whistles available for a profile is based on the subscription level.

When I get a third site (demo 4) up and see that there are no problems I will release this hopefully final beta.
