I have set enable Popups in the UddeIM backend and also in the popups




Got a PM and still no popup. What am I missing?

Has the user enabled the popups in the frontend?
And you should use floating boxes since "DHTML popups" might be removed in the next versions.

Please read the FAQ before posting. The chapter describes in detail several problems.

Yes, the user has pop ups enabled. I read all the information related to popups in the FAQ. But I will check it again.

With FAQ I mean the PDF document in the README folder, not the CB FAQ on this site (which is mixed up by some people)!

Yes, the PDF in the UddeIM folder ;)

Still not difference. Nothing is popping up.

@Jiminimonka In module you shouldn't set on "Lines to display" 0. Set 1. Then floatingbox and popups should work.
