Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done attempt to register again and see if any fatal errors are occurring. Please also ensure the registration from address and from name are valid within CB > Configuration > Registration.

I did this and the only red message i receive is this:
JROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_joomfish.ini : error(s) in line(s) 6, 7

Also i just noticed a strange thing. I received today registration e-mails at user and administrator before 17 hours. But i received it today in the morning. I saw that before 17 hours i tested to disable cb subs and tried a registration with no success. Then i re-enabled it.

And today in the morning i received the e-mails. I disabled cb subs again, i tried a registration, no e-mail. I re -enabled cb subs and waiting. But i am not sure that it was cb subs disabling. Even if it was, why receive the e-mails after so long?

Sounds like an issue with your hosts mail server. Please contact your host and have them check mail server logs to see if there are any outbound issues with emails being delayed, rejected, etc..

I contacted my hosting company.

They sent me the log file and i noticed something like this:


2013-06-26 02:24:36 1Urk5k-00057d-LI SMTP connection outbound 1372231476 1Urk5k-00057d-LI sportbeez.com pm4698@gmail.com

They told me that this is for for virtual_user_maildir_overquota router and they told me that the group permissions on that file were off. What does this means? Is it on them or on joomla ?

I've no idea; I'm no server expert. Looks like it's an issue on their end with their mail server. If using SMTP ensure the Host within Joomla global configuration includes the port (e.g. smtp.example.com:800).

Based off your logs it looks like the mail server just flat out quits sending or queues the email, but then quits sending suddenly. I've no idea why it's doing that. Only your host will be able to debug such an issue.

I am trying to resolve this with host company. I read somewhere that someone solved a non-receiving e-mails problem, after he saw that in phpmyadmin db the sendmail value of new users had default value 0. He changed it to 1 and could receive mails. I did this also, but when i try to register new user, then i receive no e-mails and if i see thew new db record the sendmail value is 0, instead of 1 that i have put at default structure value.
