I don't understand what the problem is. You just said you received the email on both users. If you're using SMTP ensure Host follows with the PORT (e.g. smtp.example.com:8000) for it to work right with CB.

That mass CB mail works but when I try to make registration (I use CB subs) then I get no mail neither to admin nor to user

By default the Pending and Welcome emails send after payment and not before. So if you're email confirmation or admin approval enabled you won't get any emails (nor will the user) until they complete the payment process. They they would receive the pending email to confirm their email address. Once confirmed you should receive admin approval email (if enabled). After approved they should receive the welcome email. You can change this workflows by editing your plans and on the Workflows tab set confirmation and/or approval to be before payment.

All my plans are free. I have no pending payments to any plan. But even if i did, then shouldn't i be able to receive a payment e-mail to the user e-mail?

Any solution, not receiving e-mails?

I see, yeah with free plans those settings won't matter. Please disable CBSubs and try registering without and see if you receive any emails. This will let us know if CBSubs is interfering or not.

Ok,

I disabled cb subs and i tried registering a new account from cb registration page menu item. Still the same. I receive no e-mails neither to user nor to administrator
