Ok, that just seams like a possible problem with your payment gateway settings. You mentioned only wanting Offline for now. Try the below configuration by editing your Offline gateway in CBSubs > Gateways.
Enable Offline payments: Yes
Visible for Access Level: Public
Owner id (only supported: 0 for now): 0
Next under "Presentation" be sure 1 of the buttons is selected or that you've provided a valid image URL for your own button or text. Now within your plan in CBSubs > Plans under "Pricing" ensure "Owner id (only supported: 0 for now)" is also set to 0.
