Prorating is per plan. So plans you want to allow prorating simply enable that.

Following your answer (below) in this thread  #326794 from 2 years ago when we had a similar conversation I thought it was not possible. I am happy that now this works!

So you want prorating to work from Parent 1 Child 1 to Parent 2 Child 1? I'm not sure that'll work as prorating works within its parent plan. It would likely only prorate Parent 1 to Parent 2 and ignore the child plan prorating.

That still won't prorate parent 1 child 1 to parent 2 child 1. Only the parent plans will prorate. So whatever time they have remaining on parent 1 would be able to prorate to parent 2, but not the child plans.

Is there a "smart" method to simultaneously delete all users and their subscriptions, or must I manually manage this through the database?
What are the steps for that?

You can delete a subscription by editing the user and checking the delete checkbox in CB > User Management. Beyond that no. Especially for payment data as most countries will require keeping that data by law for a limited number of years. We'll provide some more management tools in the future to make it easier to purge test payments though as it's common to perform manual tests now and again.
