Clear out "CBSubs > Mailer > Sent Messages" by deleting all listed and retry processing the queue. I think it maybe acting as if a use limit was configured.

Kyle, that worked. Many thanks. I don't see how I could have known this. Does it count as a bug or is there some instruction I was missing? Wesley

Yeah that's a bug as "Maximum messages per customer (0=unlimited)" set to 0 should allow for unlimited re-use (even the parameter title says 0 is unlimited). I've created a bug ticket for further investigation, but for now you'll have to clear the sent log.

This has been a terrific thread to find ... I had every one of the problems discussed here and and this solved all of them.

I do have a follow-up question. I have a Mailer with a limit of 1,000 maximum messages per customer, since a number other than 0 was required to send a Mailer more than once.

But I still have to clear Sent Messages to get it to send again to the same subscriber. Is that user error (something I'm accustomed to), or a symptom of the same bug? I'm not sure where the software "keeps count" of the number of times a Mailer has been sent per subscriber.

BTW, this is an amazing piece of software and very solid overall. Trying to imagine what this would be like to code, I can't!

That's part of the bug. The queue should clear and resend properly, but it currently doesn't. Basically the Mailer doesn't work too hot for anything more than 1 time use mails. We'll be addressing this bug and many others with probably a 3.0.1 release after CB 2.0 stable followed by a feature release of 3.1.0 or maybe 4.0.0 (unsure yet what's going to be in it).

Thank you, your kind words truly do mean a lot to us.
