I have set up a Mailer that emails subscribers subscription expiry reminder email that has the following:
- 30 days before the Subscription's Expiry Date for Active subscribers
Start/End date of validity of this mailer: none
No Conditions
When I go to Automation Settings and click "Url of cron task to both process mailer rules into queue and then to process mailqueue:" link to test the mailer rule, it successfully places the email into the Messages Queue but it does not actually send it out ("Processed 0 messages into the email queue.").
If I go to Messages Queue to see the queued message, date to send is "12/02/2013" and Last date to send is "11/29/1999 13:00:00" which doesn't look right.
Please provide a screenshot of your mailers triggering conditions and publishing configuration found on the Basic tab.
The below for example has been tested working.
Automatically send message at following date: 1 month before
Relative to this date of the plans below: Subscription's Expiry Date
To which plans this date condtion applies: All
Must be in state: Not relevant
But do not send message if it's later than: 1 month after

Set it to apply to all plans and set the state to no relevant then give that a try. Aside from that I don't see anything wrong with it.

Same result. It places the mail in the queue but it does not actually send it out saying "No messages in messages queue to be sent." Please see attached screenshot of Mail Queue screen.
