Can you give me a superadmin login to your site so I can check some settings?

Maybe I have a solution for this issue.

Since it requires touching several files there is no fix possible. You can poll the trunk version to test if it fixes your SEF problems.

The problem has been fixed some years ago.

Please check the ItemId and disable SEF in order to check if it is a SEF problem.

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response.

I've CB profile menu item with id 111 and uddeIm menu item with id 555.

With SEF OFF when I click on the link or on the image to the user's profile in the inbox of my messages I get this URL:

/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=212&Itemid=555

With SEF OFF when I click on the link to the same user's profile in my connections I get this URL:

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=212&Itemid=111

With SEF ON when I click on the link to the user's profile in the inbox of my messages I get this URL:

component/comprofiler/userprofile/username?Itemid=555

With SEF ON when I click on the link to the same user's profile in my connections I get this URL:

profiles/userprofile/username

Do I need to change something?

I cannot understand what to do?

Could you explain please?

Thank you again
Best regards

Quite strange but it seems that SEF is not working correctly.

Do you have multiple menu links to uddeIM? If so please remove all links except one link that links to uddeIM.

When you use a 3rd party SEF try to exclude uddeIM from SEF or try to remove the SEF component.
