uddeIM 1.2beta2 available (updated 13-7-2008)

Well knoing that my Charset wouldnt change i just commented out the $input vars using that function and it worked just fine. I do still have then working on adding it to php5 thought but i thought id share incase someone else had the same issue and didnt have to work about multiple character sets.
