Unable to find and delete "2 Private Messages"

What can we do to resolve this? obviously these components are supposed to work together.

I emailed you the SQL dump. I honestly do not know if this related to CB login or uddeim, but I'm thinking they "should" work together. At least that's the idea....

The DB seems to be fine. I am pretty sure that it is something else, e.g. the SEF.

When you try to open a message that displays the access error, how does the URL look like? I am pretty sure that at least one parameter has been removed from the URL.

To test you should disable SEF completely.

We disabled System - SEF. "Search Engine Friendly URLs," "Use Apache Mod_Rewrite" and "Add Suffix to URLs" are all set to "No" in global config. Then we cleared cookies and tried again with two separate browsers but there was no change; the message "You have 2 Private Messages" still appears in cb_login and the error message occurs when you click the messages on user's profile.

I see, these messages are "delayed" messaged which means you have enabled moderation for these messages.

These messages are not available to the recipient until you have approved them.

cb_login is not aware of this feature and counts these messages even when the user cannot read them.

Basically it is a missing "AND delayed=0" in the SQL query in cb_login. Nevertheless this can only be executed when CB is used with a newer version of uddeIM.
