uddeIM always opens at the whole website

So did you find the itemid (where about) and set to 0?

I'm having a very similar problem.
I'm using Community Builder 1.9, in Joomla 2.8, and UddeIM 2.8 stable, Kunena 1.7.2 all the latest I believe, within a Siteground template, j16-11.

Both Community Builder and UddeIM break out of the template completely, creating a mostly white page with zero navigation.

itemid in UddeIM is set to 0. I've tried overwrite itemid with both yes and no, with no apparent difference.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, did you try the same with an official template like beez? It's the same there. If like that there are no problems, then it's the problem of your template.

It seems to work OK with Beez2. I'll have a look at the template- thanks for your fast response.

Any clues where to begin my search for errant code, or is it just a case of wading through both templates and seeing what's missing from the SiteGround one?

Where do you see the itemid 0 or not?
