your messages will be moderated

Hi,

This maybe a dumb question, I've looked everywhere and I couldn't find the solution, when I go to uddeim to send a message I get the message: your messages will be moderated, and I don't want to moderate messages, I want the registered users to be able to communicate freely. Please advice.

Solved:

Under uddeim administration on the top right there's a user settings blue icon,

under my user name the "mod" option was enabled.

I am glad you got it to work for you. How do you have your setting on the back-end setup? I do not have that option that you said you have. All of my users are able to send pm's but I cannot. I am getting that error you got. It is insane a system admin needs moderator approval when I am the moderator!

Hi,

Try going to components > udeIM PMS

from there you should be able to see the blue icon thing I was talking about: "User Settings" > click on it, and you should see all the different settings for all users, if yours have a green check mark click it, to disable and that should fix the problem (I hope)

forgot to mention the check mark will be under the specific user name and "mod", uncheck it.
