Unable to open Inbox

The images that are not found are not really a problem since in user settings you will see "Yes" and "No" instead. Nevertheless it is a bug and will be fixed in uddeIM 2.4 hotfix1.

Please read me last post again in order to fix your problem.

I was not sure what you were asking for. I am unable to get a link for the inbox as it will not open but have links for the outbox and compose. Is this what you are requesting?

You are unable to get a link for the inbox? When you open uddeIM you are by default in your inbox and so you will see the link in the address bar or when you are able to open the outbox there is a menu bar which allows to access the inbox.

I am using the mailbox module to access uddeIM. If I create a menu item linked directly to uddeIM I am unable to open uddeIM at all.

Using the mailbox module I have the Inbox and Compose showing to logged in registered users. If I click directly on the Inbox icon nothing happens and I get the homepage URL showing, I am able to access uddeIM via the compose icon, and when in uddeIM I am able to move around and do everthing except access the Inbox.

It does not seem to make any sense as I have two other sites on this webserver and uddeIM is working OK on them, it seems to be a problem contained within this Joomla install.

And again: This seems to be a SEF problem. Fix it and you will be able to uddeIM.

Whenever a link points to the frontpage it is 90% SEF related, 10% a missing menu link or wrong Itemid.
