Do you really need a FAQ entry for each option? First you should always check the options.

Hi all! How could I find and download uddeIM 1.8?
...I tried to download this software at the following address: www.slabihoud.de/software/id4001.htm but I failured. Then I tried to find any download file of uddeIM 1.8 at www.joomlacode.org but there was nothing to download. It's strange.

You are trying to download from 92.243.183.x. I have blocked this IP range because of misuse.

There are a very few people who try to download uddeIM using download managers or whatever but instead of downloading one file of 4 MByte they are creating 1 GByte(!) and more. In the logs you will find hundreds of thousands of partial downloads. These blocks are usually blocked. Users from these IP ranges have to use local mirrors e.g. joomla.ru.
