Missing notifications icon on user profile page

Please be sure you've the latest releases of CB Privacy and CB Activity as well since those appear to be the icons that aren't rendering properly. Are there any other icons not displaying properly for you?

All up to date as far as I can see. I've not noticed anything else missing.

Actually, there were some builds a little more recent, even though they're shown in green in my previous postings! I now run "update all" for CB plugins and everything is definitely on the latest build. Sadly, no change to this issue.

Having said there were no more, here's another missing icon, I think. Not sure what this represents anyway.

I suspect some sort of Joomla template conflict is likely at fault here. Switch to Joomla's default cassiopeia template and see if your issue persists after refreshing without cache (ctrl + f5 or in incognito browsing mode).
