It has a section that uses CB Auto Actions to create new users from frontend - it could serve as an example to do something if you take the time and configure things..

It works fine now. All older FAQ/Tutorial links should properly go to their new location now.

No, they will need to logout to add a user from frontend.

I found an extension that allows users to be added from the frontend. The pro version works with CB :)
