I would like to point out that I am experiencing this issue as well. Latest releases of everything - Registration has never worked. Constantly the cookie popup error as reported. Different devices, browsers, cache clearing, everything. Also if I just use the CB login module, this also prevents login and just keeps going back to the login again. If I use a different login module (non CB) then I can log in ok.

Nope... the new template didn't solve it... the problem is back (the timebomb... tick, tick, tick). Yesterday I had no problems logging in. This morning I now get the error...

Error

I didn't touch a thing!!! It's only the CB login. I can login through Kunena Forums, Have tries clearing cookies/cache, refreshing page etc... still no luck :(

When I do login in (using Kunena login) I can't log out using the CB module either!!!

I created a Joomla login module and I'm getting the same issue as the CB module (except no error message, it just takes you to another sign-in page).

CB login module =
www.australianroadcrew.com.au/cb-login/login

Joomla login module =
www.australianroadcrew.com.au/component/comprofiler/login?return=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5hdXN0cmFsaWFucm9hZGNyZXcuY29tLmF1Lw==

When I publish a Joomla login module and unpublished my CB module I get:
URL: www.australianroadcrew.com.au/component/comprofiler/login?return=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5hdXN0cmFsaWFucm9hZGNyZXcuY29tLmF1Lw==
Error: CB Login module not created (required).

When I have both published I get…

using Joomla login module:
redirects to CB Login page
URL: www.australianroadcrew.com.au/component/comprofiler/login?return=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5hdXN0cmFsaWFucm9hZGNyZXcuY29tLmF1Lw==

using CB login module:
Error
Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser. Please press "reload page" in your browser, and enable cookies in your browser. Please refresh/reload page before filling-in.
URL: www.australianroadcrew.com.au/cb-login/login

When I have only the CB login module published I get the same result and error message as above.

UPDATE

I have tried numerous times and combinations, constantly clearing my Joomla cache, browser cache, browser history and refreshing the page. I also tried logged in and out of the backend when attempting to login through the front-end… same results.

So I went to install the Kunena login module… when I uploaded it I decided to clear my Joomla cache (yet again) and tried the CB login module one last time before publishing the Kunena one. Guess what? it works!!! (I also updated Kunena at the same time).

The login seems to have a mind of it’s own! I didn’t do anything else except what I’ve described above.

I can't see a reason for this unless something is tampering with your user sessions or doing caching that you're not aware of. You could also have server side caching (contact your host regarding this).

If issue comes up again please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
