[SOLVED] How to translate custom fields?

I have checked that.
Now I can see that it doesnt translate the word Phone but if I hover on info icon there is Word Telefon from my translation file. I am confused. Thank you for your help!

"Phone" is the Title, which you also need to translate. You only translated the Description, which is working fine.

Do I add some more lines into language.php?

Title and Description are translated in the same way. Create a language string in the same way you did for description, set Title to the new language string, then translate as needed.
