I'm just checking if cbsubs would be good for my clients demands :
I read that : Membership subscription level dependent products and services
At register time the user will choose if he's a man or a woman - woman do not have to pay anything (at this time) so it must be a free subscription for them - a man will have a normal subscription plan. Is this possible ?
And is there a way that the user can't modify gender by editing his profile ?
Is there a more detailed documentation of CBSUBS features ?
Thanks a lot !

But if they are read only they cannot be filled on registration time or did I miss something ?All CB fields that are marked as readonly cannot be changed after the registration form.

Another question is that I don't clearly understand what I'm buying :
If I take the DEVELOPER membership for 383 € it seems to contain CBSub with :
- providing subscriber-only content behind a ‘paywall’ by charging for access
- support almost any imaginable subscription scenario
- easy checkout
And I suppose that I pay once the 383 € and I can use all this forever
Is this all that I need ?
But then what is CBSubs GPL Subscriptions plugin for 177 € ?
- sell membership subscriptions and merchandise items to your site members
- comes with 23 integration plugins and 17 payment processors gateways.
And it is marked 1 year : does this mean that I have to pay 177 € every year ???
Please can you give me relly detailed informations because we have to decide for what solution we are going !

Yes, you can optionally show/hide during registration time or later specific subscription plans based on CB field values. So a gender radio field in CB can be used to handle your use case.
