OK disabled everything that isn't CB (see image) but still getting same error





Am I missing something?

CB Public email is still published. It is not something we have developed.

Unpublished public mail as well, done global check-in and cleared cache, but still same problem?

Got OM, thanks.

You had an old CB Profilebook plugin that I removed and everything is ok.

New CB ProfileBook is available for Advanced, Professional or Developer members if you need it.

Also, I cannot see how this issue wasn't present in your previous environment.

But all is ok now and this is not a bug of CB, it is an issue of an incompatible old CB plugin as mentioned in the article I referenced.
