Please read the installation guide and the readme files included in the CB 1.7.1 package.

Both clearly describe the PHP upload filesize parameter needing to be set to something more than 2M.

i know it, in my localhost i change the size_upload in php.ini to 16M like you recommended , maybe on this server it not defined , but in my localhost it's defined and i still can not install the componnent , i need this componnent and i intend to use the pro version latter , I note that it was not the first time i install a component.

maybe its the first time you installed a component that is more than 2M.

Your host environment had this parameter set to 2M.
