file compatibility was a server error

I have a problem when I install the community builder I get an error that says "file compatibility was a server error", maybe you know what's the problem? i download CB for 1.7
What's the problem, something that can help me?

Latest release is CB 1.7.1.

What version of Joomla are you using?

What is the exact error you are seeing and exactly when are you seeing it.

my joomla version is 1.7.1 i install the componnet (without internet maybe it importent) and it tell me "Compatibility problem with the server" I simply translates the message from Hebrew to English , my php version 5.28 ' my apache version 2.2.17 , thank 4 your help
