You can do it of you use Joomlaboard, all you have to do it turn the CB-integration off. You now have the Forum Avatar and a Profile picture, both independently. But hten you have to manually hack all those links to CB into Joomlaboard, like the Profile...

hello all, after following this thread, is the meaning "profile picture" similar to the one that nant released sometime ago? i.e CB profile gallery. That is a fantastic self contained plugin with lots of features, only that that plugin which shows up with tabs.

I am currently wishing for a modification plugin where users can upload more than one photo to replace their profile picture, something similar like facebook and friendster- where you can upload, say 3-4 images and select one which will be your main profile picture. Can that be done?

I could be done if you have someone do some custom code or modify the profile gallery with code. I'd suggest this for a feature request on Nant's gallery.

Sure that will rock, do keep me in the loop for developments on that.

In the meantime, I will try to write up a custom one by incorporating naive photo upload functions into the existing CB-avatar functions.

I have been trying to figure this out for a long time. ShaunZer, if you find a way to be able to upload multiple images without using a secondary image gallery like cbgallery please let me know!
