Understand that it is a problem on the demo site and I was hoping to see the full antispam configuration on the demo site if that was offered.

Still no luck with original issue, but I am checking permissions as you suggested.

You can demo the backend as well and review the configuration. Simply click Administrator under Login As.

Mr. Kyle,

I think the problem is resolved. It has something to do with permissions as you suggested -:)

I followed the permission settings on Global configurations as in the following link and it helped to resolve it.
