Thanks for the post. I successfully installed CB 1.9.1 to Joomla 3.2 via the Extension Manager using the Install from Web then selecting CB from the list.
No problems this way.
Not sure if these methods are using the same release.

Same version, but the install by uploading should work also if you follow instructions.
