Captcha 2.0.1 image/audio playback not working

I am not conclusive about SET SESSIONS TO NONE:

This is what I have in Joomla - Global Configuration - System - Session Settings

Session Settings
Session Lifetime 15 Minutes
Session Handler Database

What do I actually do here now? And would it not impact on other things if I change this setting?

Joomla backend.

Site -> Global Configuration

select system from Site | System | Server line

then set Session Handler drop down field (right column) to none (instead of database).

Can't make any clearer.

(FYI: CB 1.2 in testing and new Captcha plugin - to be released with CB 1.2 for doc subscribers will have no need for this Joomla setting)
