component? You shouldn't be using any component to unregister/delete users other than CB's own user management.

Yes that is what I was assuming I had to do from the start. Please excuse my ignorance, but what would the URL look like for a CB delete user page?

I have never actually seen this before, and I did not see an option in the .php file when defining the task case's

This is a very simple problem I bet, and you help is very appreciated.

To delete a user, simply go to your joomla admin backend. Go to Components > Community Builder > User Management, search for the user, select him/her, and click Delete at the top right.

FRONT END delete, NOT back end!!

My users NEED to be able to delete themselves!!

Relax. There is no frontend capability that allows users to delete themselves. It is, however, possible to create a plugin that displays a link in every user's profile that allows them to delete their account.

we're going in circles here.... that's what I am currently doing I believe.

do you have a plugin you know about that would work?

I apologize for being frustrated with this, but my users are constantly harassing me about being unable to delete their accounts.
