"PM" stands for "private message" and you do that in the post office here. Click under your avatar where it says you have no new private message or click on my profile and select send new message...

I'm adding one tweak to the module which allows you to add some text or html under the listing of best and worst karmas (see my home page). When that tweak is done I hope to have it ready to release.
