Great Plugin!
The Calendar menu appearing for a date field is great. However, for a birthdate I use the traditional 3 pulldowns:
<select> 1-31 </select>
<select> Jan - Dec </select>
<select> 2006 - 1906 </select>

This way the user doesn't have to click "<<" 18 or more times. Then merge the 3 fields into --> cb_birthdate.

can you give a step by step of how you applied the birthdate field with the three drop downs boxes.. I am trying to do the same..thanks in advance
