Thanks for your reply. You are right, to the whole site the correct is "pt_BR" and it´s ok here. But the problem is at the CB language. I´ve installed the plugin but the language is still the english (default) and I can´t change it.

Yes nant, it´s published, but the original english language is published too and can´t be unpublish (it´s a read-only file) and I think that´s the problem. Any other ideia?

No - both language plugins should be published.
And if you select the language from the Joomla/Mambo language manager CB should follow this selection.
It works for me.
