Yes, it supports substitutions. Yes, you can send to the subscribing user by just leaving it blank.1. Is it possible to use substitution in integrations / email tab / To (Required if used) field, or somehow set this e-mail sent to the subscribed user? (Sending these mails from the presentation is out of question because i do not want them to be sent from the site's email).
No, I would guess there's a problem with plan 3. Is it a free lifetime plan? If so maybe you've free lifetime plans configured to not create subscriptions in CBSubs > Settings > Global? That might cause this.Is there a setting inside each plan configuration that allows or forbids the integrations / email to be sent?

So i leave it blank no matter if it says "To (Required if used)" and it sends the email to the subscribing user. Correct?Yes, it supports substitutions. Yes, you can send to the subscribing user by just leaving it blank.
It is not a free lifetime plan. It is paid like the other 2. Only difference is price and expiration time. All the other are exactly the same. No, I would guess there's a problem with plan 3. Is it a free lifetime plan?

My best guess would then be that it might be caught by spam filters and is ending up in the users spam folder. Have be careful about changing the From Address and be sure it matches the domain that's sending the email otherwise it's a huge reflag for spam filters. It doesn't have to be the same address as your registration mail address, but it should match domain at least. It is not a free lifetime plan. It is paid like the other 2. I made some small changes in the texts of this plan and resaved to see if this will make it work. Waiting to see what will happen when a new subscription will be activated.
