Need help on showing available plans and controlling showing CB User profile

I am looking for a way to control how we allow paying users to sign up then send them to complete the CB user profile we have set up.  I am using the uURL ezenewsletters.com/newsletters_j4/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans to show the page but the page starts off showing the CB User Profile fields.

We want to do this in two steps, handle the payment first then direct them to the CB User profile to complete. The attached image shows the CB profile the link displays now.

I'm sure I am missing something in the setup but can't figure out what that is.

Your help will be most appreciated, thanks in advance!

Plan selection is a part of the registration process so it's not possible to split them up. Collection of the payment will happen after registration or after their first login depending on your settings.

What you can do is use Step by Step registration though that forces them to go through your profile tabs and complete the fields in steps. You can enable this layout by editing the Default template in CB > Plugin Management then adjusting your Registration layout settings. I would recommend adjusting your tab order in CB > Tab Management so that the subscription tab is first as well.

Hi Krileon,
I have reordered the tabs to show the Subscription tab first and have set the registration layout to step by step.
I must be missing something because although the presentation is step by step, the subscription tab does not appear. Would I be crazy to see if you could take a look at the Tab Management page and help me get this working?
I have attached the tab management and the resulting subscription page.

Did you adjust the registration order of the tab? CB supports registration, profile view, and profile edit ordering for tabs. You'll need to specifically adjust the registration order. I'm not sure which of those tabs is your subscription tab though.

Is the problem that the tab itself isn't showing at all regardless of its order? If that's the case you need to be sure they've plans available to them. So you need plans that are public accessible. Additionally be sure within CBSubs > Settings > Global that "Show subscription plans at registration" is set to "Yes". Turning off "Show on CB User Profile" under Display > Plans will also cause the tab to not display.

Thanks a million Krileon! The setting in Global was not displaying the plan, fixed that and the tab appears perfectly. How the heck do you know this system so well? However you do it, you're a life saver.
