[#7198] Administrator user online in joomla but not in CB

Unfortunatelly no.
I've tried to login only in front end, and nothing change...

I don't know what to suggest. This is working perfectly fine in all my tests and is completely dependent on a users session. Are you sure you didn't exclude your users within your CB Online Module in the "Exclude Users" parameter?

Yes,
and I' ve change nothing since it worked until joomla 3.8.7

Then my guess is it's something in Joomla that has changed this behavior. CB Online Module will not count backend sessions. You should be able to logout of backend then login on frontend and it count just fine. If still not then maybe your administrator account is out of sync with CB and you'll need to run User Synchronization within CB > Tools.

I've done re-sync and also I've logged with normal user... nothing change... the Joomla online user show it correctly, the CB online user not.
