Hi there, i have 2 payment methods, paypal (single & recurring) using the regular paypal server, which seems to be working fine. And paypal pro (credit card) using the paypal pro server. The recurring option using the paypal pro server doesn't work. You put in CC info and submit and get this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /newsite/view-account/pluginclass on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Paypal Recurring Payments IS enabled on the plugin AND in my paypal manager account.
Looks like a Joomla menu item access error. Ensure you've a public and published Joomla menu item to CBs profile page (this is mandatory for its Itemid and access checks). If that doesn't resolve it then try disabling SEF entirely and see if your issue persists.
