Login issue

My site was working properly. Last week i got an issue of login to the site. I cannot login as admin or any other user (I check in diffrent computers).

When I give the correct username and password the system redirect to the login page again with no error or other message. If I try to send forgot password or username I got this message "Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser. Please press "reload page" in your browser, and enable cookies in your browser."

I enabled cookies but no response.

I can login directly as "siteURL/administrator" and I tried to solve the issue.
Please advice me how to correct this issue?

CB does not suddenly stop working. Something was changed resulting in your issue. Can you recall anything that has changed recently? Is your install up to date with latest nightly releases? Do you have caching enabled? If so disable and purge the current cache. Also ensure CBs system plugin within Extensions > Plugins is public, published, and ordered first.

Hi Thanks,
I disable cache and update all CB plugins but problem continues. I can login as admin when I type siteURL/administrator/ but when I use the site URL doesn't. It goes to login page " www.diasporalink.com/cb-login/login ", although I clear the username and password.

Do you have an Idea of how to find the error. if you need I can give you login details

Switch to default Joomla protostar template then enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done retest to see if any errors are output. Beyond that I've no idea what's causing your issue as like I said CB does not timebomb. Something was either changed on your site or on your host.

Thanks for help.
I tried all but couldn't figure out the issue. but, I solved restoring a backup and recreate the new information. I highly appreciate Joomlapolis fast response and support, and always recommend to others. I didn't say Cb gave me an error but I want to get an expert knowledge to solve my issue. I want to know whether you have received a similar issue, and if so, I can get a quick help. I didn't say CB is a "timebomb".

Those issues are typically caused by caching of some sort. Whether it's Joomlas, from a 3rd party template framework, or from a 3rd party caching extension. Joomla page cache shouldn't be a problem sense CB tries to clear it to avoid issues, but it won't workaround 3rd party or template framework caching. Could also be some sort of server side caching, but unlikely. Beyond that I've no idea what else could cause it.
