The Joomlapolis Government has just commenced the trial operations of its chat area - called JP Agora. Registered members may access it through the related User Menu item. The service is based on mos-chat and it will be monitored for performance and usability. Feel free to try it out!

Earlier this week (actually on the 14th of December) Joomlapolis has welcomed its' 2000 citizen! This is approximately two weeks after the arrival of its 1000'th citizen.
The Joomlapolis government has located this Joomlapolitan. His username is sautez, his name is Josh from Oregon U.S.A. and you can view his profile here. Josh, has gratiously accepted our proposal to share with us some additional information about himself and his Joomlapolitan needs.

Well it looks like our project has reached its goal as it has been outlined in the On the way to number 2 article series (On the way to number 2?, On the way to number 2? - One to go!). We are now at number 2 on the joomla! developer site! Over 5000 downloads so far! We would like to thank the entire worlwide community builder community for its support and vote of confidence - what more can we ask for?
