What's on the Horizon for 2025
In our recent blog post, Kyle outlined our exciting plans for the year ahead. You can read more about it in his 2025 kickoff blog. These are already our plans for the first months of 2025, with more to come later, of course!
CB SEO is gearing up for a new stable release packed with groundbreaking SEO features. We're enhancing core schemas, adding new Joomla events to extend schema and OpenGraph, and expanding support to over 130 schema types! These enhancements will automate SEO processes, simplifying site optimisation like never before.
Next on our roadmap is a major release of CB Gallery. Building upon CB Activity's success, this update will introduce stored galleries that centralise configuration and management, significantly improving access controls and user experience.
We're also preparing to unveil our CB 3.0 development plans. After extensive testing and refining, we've charted an optimal path forward to enhance the core CB platform and all our plugins. Our goal is to make CB 3.0 an outstanding release, with improved capabilities, aesthetics, and user experience.
And we are continuing to improve Community Builder (e.g. we just added support for Joomla 5 dark mode) and CB Editor Assistant.
