[SOLVED] Enable users to report profile without being moderators was created by mjl1817

Enable users to report profile without being moderators would really help. have it report to moderators but allow anyone to report it..

I wish I knew, Then we would both know.

Yup... I did have it wrong. I had a configuration error that I did not catch..
