Dear All,
I would insert in CB profile, a tab with an event list which can be popolate in front-end.
Pratically I would insert a tab in the user profile, with three fields:
1- date (data keeper)
2- type of visit (simple text)
3- presence (drop down list)
incrementable for insert a list of visits (medical).
And of course, even in front-end, the output of these entries.
The result of this, should be something like this:
| DATE | VISIT | PRESENCE |
| 01/01/10 | clinic | present |
| 10/02/10 | general | not present |
etc etc.
Can someone please help me?
It's possible make this with CB or interact with Chronoforms ?
