Ability to sort User Lists by various columns

Ability to sort User Lists by various columns was created by gjschaller

For both the front end and the back end, it would be great if the columns of the user lists could be sorted by the criteria presented - i.e: Date Registered, Last Online, Avatar (Yes / No), by Username, etc.
