Send email to user list - frontend

Hi

In our kajak-community it would be very nice to have the option to send a mail (from frontend - if you have the right permissions) to memebers of a certain user list in community builder - like the CBmailing component does (looks like it's dead! only for Joomla 1.5). It would be nice to have this incorporated in the list view as a button on the page. Just a wish
