There's no mail template support for CBs Mass Mailer at this time. You'd need to copy and paste whatever HTML you're needing each time. The only automated solution I can think of at this time is to use CB Auto Actions to act on the mass mailer triggers then wrap the mass mailer body with whatever template you'd like.
