'Validation Error check' when field focus changed

how to enable 'Validation Error check' for cb fields when 'focus change' event raised ?
such as www.sirenatheme.com/community-builder/registration/registersthis

in now after submit button click, this 'Validation Error check' is occur

It validates on unfocus and change. There is no way to enable it for focus and no plans to enable it on focus (it makes no sense to validate it when a user has had no chance to do anything with the input).

It's already enabled for your site; in fact it can't be disabled. Click the input for the first name field, don't type anything, click the input for the second name field. You'll notice the first name validation triggered. Start typing in the email field random characters that aren't an email address and you'll again notice the validation triggers. It of course also validates when the form is submit.
