I've no idea what you're asking, sorry. That's not how fields and tabs works. If you add a tab or field it displays on every profile. You'd need more advanced usages like IF substitutions or CB Conditional to make a field or tab display to a specific user. Review the manual carefully, which you can download on the below CB product page for a tab position map.
