ACL to enable Collaborator editing profiles

ACL to enable Collaborator editing profiles was created by JoeTheBronx
Here's my issue.
I want one of my collaborators to update users info regarding their "personal bests" in the different distances we run (we're a running club).
in the options I've ALLOWED every option in the CB settings but the user can only access to tabs, fields and even configuration of CB, but not the user editing...
Can you help me and tell me which is the option I have to allow in order to enable my collaborator to edit user infos?

In backend you can adjust permissions in CB > User Management > Permissions for user edit. In frontend they need to be a CB Moderator. See CB > Configuration > Moderation and the CB manual downloaded from the below page.
