You can directly get a cookie value in CB Auto Actions so if you save the return URL in a cookie you won't need to pass it through a field. Saving to PHP session would also work and can be accessed from CB Auto Actions. Both usages in CB Auto Actions are as follows.

[session_NAME]
[cookie_NAME]

There is none, it's not really possible to provide that as it's entirely based off the environment. You can grab any cookie or session value in CB Auto Actions using those usages by session variable name or cookie name. As for fields themselves, which work outside of just CB Auto Actions, see the below tutorial.
